Payroll/Accts Payable Mgr
|

Entercom Denver Radio is seeking a Payroll/Accounts Payable Manager. This position will be responsible for the following:
overseeing all company benefits and assisting employees with any questions/issues
collect, calculate, enter and distribute payroll on a semi-monthly basis for approximately 120 employees
Prepare manual payroll checks and voids when necessary
Ensure compliance with the company EEO program throughout the year and compile the annual EEO report
Process payments for a high volume of invoices ensuring that purchase orders are matched up, discrepancies are researched and vendors are paid on a timely basis
Accrue sales & use tax and file reports on a monthly basis
Distribute and reconcile trade usage on a monthly basis
Experience with UltiPro is preferred. This position demands accuracy, attention to detail, the utmost discretion and exceptional organizational skills. The right candidate must be able to handle a high volume workload.

Events and Client Service Manager

Reports To: Director of Strategic Sales and Marketing
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of event and business development projects as it relates to new business revenue and client needs. Work closely with the sales team on project management through execution, creating ideas, project recaps and overall client servicing. Must be possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and thrive in a fact pace environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with Director of Strategic Sales to achieve all new business revenue goals and annual expectations.
Work with Director of Strategic Sales to develop and implement a strategic plan for event participation and securing promotional partners
Execute the event plan to the sales team on a timely basis to achieve the maximum benefits
Act as a liaison in execution for the AEs on events and new business projects sold. Manage the timeline, flow of paperwork for Internet, creative services and sales.
Seek and create sellable event opportunities for Entercom Denver and work closely on events with station Marketing Directors
Work closely with the station Promotions and Marketing Managers and establish strong relationships in the market with our event and cause partners.
Establish new relationships with current local events and new cause partners
Maintain current Events and program tools and keep updated the tree with all the current promotional partners, events, capabilities and tools.
Negotiate contracts with event partners along with the Director of Strategic Sales
Develop written proposals for all events and programs and present to sellers
Motivate sellers to help the cluster achieve our event and new business goals
Coordinate merchandising materials such as POS, entry forms, banners etc.
Coordinate all aspects of execution as it related to sold programs and events.
Develop working timelines for each sold program with AEs
Participate in the creative brainstorm sessions
Work with Director on hiring sales interns and their roles within our department
Develop a working library of trade magazines, prospecting tools, partner information.
Oversee customer service of our ecommerce brand
Insure quality control of all Entercom marketing projects and flawless execution
Other Responsibilities:
Attend station sales meetings
Meet with Director one on one
Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
Attend Station (brand) promotions meetings as needed
Tracking of sales internet programs and reports as needed for sales

Entercom is looking for someone who has the interest, desire and passion to have a career in sales. This person must have a college degree and strong communication skills (some part or full-time outside sales experience is preferred). The Sales Associate will provide internal sales support to Account Executives and Sales Managers. Projects include processing qualitative and quantitative marketing data and administrative tasks, such as filing and database entry. The Sales Associate will participate in external sales calls with Account Executives. The process of assisting salespeople in prospecting and even conducting cold calls on the telephone is encouraged at advanced stages.
